H. Allen Brooks Travelling Fellowship
From July 2018 to June 2019, I traveled the world to explore the public history of global industrial heritage, a project supported by the H. Allen Brooks Travelling Fellowship through the Society of Architectural Historians. Even though the fellowship year is over, you can still revisit the writing, photography, and podcasts that I produced while I was on the road.

Official Blog for the Society of Architectural Historians
Every month of the fellowship year, I wrote a long-form blog post for the Society of Architectural Historians.
My partner John and I produced an (almost) weekly podcast on the road called Sundowners, about place, architecture, and global travel. Click the button below to explore all of our episodes!
The Rovang Eye
This was my personal blog with observations and updates from the road.
Guest blogs for Preservation leadership forum
I also wrote a series of guest blogs for the National Trust’s Preservation Leadership Forum Blog. These posts focused on the topic of storytelling around industrial heritage sites broadly.
